How to cure your bad breath?
When you eat something, the food particles remain in your mouth and teeth. And if you do not clean them timely, the bacteria degrade the food particles causing bad breath. To avoid this, make sure you brush your teeth before going to sleep.
Most people do not realize that when the food sits in your mouth overnight, in the morning, it gives your mouth that pungent smell. However, she reminds not to forget your tongue as a lot of bacteria sits on your tongue causing bad breath.
She recommends drinking lots of water to hydrate your mouth to prevent your mouth from becoming dry. As the drier it is, the less saliva it will produce, giving the bacteria more time to stay in your mouth.
